（1）     In July of 1999, established by the name of Huangyan Wangye Power Co.,Ltd.。In December of 1999, renamed to Zhejing Taizhou Wangye Power Co,.Ltd.

（2）     In December of 1999, it gained “ Power production license” issued by Zhejiang Industrial Products Planning ,Censoring , Management and Supervision Office.

（3）     In June of 2000,it won“the National Industrial Products Production License of 3-9 KW-gasoline engine “issued by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.

（4）     In June of 2000, it has passed the GB/T19002-ISO9002 International Quality System Authentication.

（5）     In December of 2001, approved by the National Economy Trade Committee, the company was listed officially in the catalogue of the national motorcycle manufacturers.

（6）     In October of 2002, passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Authentication.

（7）     In November of 2003, the brand “wangye” was regarded as a famous brand in Taizhou.

（8）     In December of 2004, the construction of Luohui huangxin , branch factory in west industrial area of Huangyan, was completely finished and came into operation.

（9）     In  September of  2005 , wangye brand  motor  was affirmed   Zhejiang famous product by Zhejiang Famous Brand Affirmation Committee.

（10） In December of 2005,motor was affirmed zero defect product.

（11） In December of 2007, Wangye engine was awarded Certificate for Product Exemption from Quality Survellance Inspection.

（12） In Janury of 2008 , the construction of the branch factory “Ma anshan ” was finished and came to operation.

（13） In December of 2008 ,  it was awarded the top 50 of  chinese private enterprise  in international competitiveness held by center for research in private enterprise ,chinese academy of social science.
